Returns and warranty

At a glance

• Arrived broken or faulty? Email photos to ajuda@acende.me and it's sorted at no cost: repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate. All parts have a 3-year statutory guarantee.
• The photo panel can't be returned within 14 days, because it's made to order with your image. The guarantee still applies.
• The stand, light and adapter can be returned without a reason within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer.

How to return

Email ajuda@acende.me with the order number and the parts you're returning. The reply gives the return address. The refund is made within 14 days of your notice, to the same payment method.

What isn't a defect

Fine layer lines from 3D printing and slight differences in tone from the preview are part of a lithophane. If in doubt, an emailed photo of the piece switched on helps us check.
