Personalised photo lamp

Sharp, well-lit photos with good contrast. A face in the foreground works better than small faces in a group shot. The preview shows the photo in relief with the light on.

The 3D preview is a simulation. The finished piece may show slight differences in tone and the fine layer lines of 3D printing.

Each piece is made to order: 2–4 working days for production, plus 1–2 working days on the mainland; 2–5 working days in the Azores and Madeira (CTT). Production and dispatch run Monday to Friday. Times are estimates and delivery is included. We ship within Portugal only, mainland and islands.

The assembled lamp is about 14.2 cm high, 11.4 cm wide and 7.2 cm deep. The curved photo panel is 12 × 14 cm, 3D-printed in white PLA plastic. With the light off it looks like a plain white panel; switch it on and the picture appears.

Press the IKEA KAPPLAKE light itself to switch it on or off. It runs on USB-A: with the included power adapter, or from a USB-A port on a charger, computer or TV.
